Features

Everything a gym needs.
Nothing it doesn't.

Six modules built around one job: getting fees collected. No class booking engine you will never switch on, no social feed, no diet planner.

Members

A directory that answers the question you actually have at the desk: who is this person, are they paid up, and when does their plan end?

  • Two-field signup. Name and phone gets a walk-in registered. Photo, address, emergency contact and birthday are all optional.
  • One page, whole history. Every membership, invoice, payment and refund for a person, in order.
  • Search that works. By name, phone or member code — partial matches included, because nobody types the full number.
  • Welcome emails. Sent automatically on joining, branded with your gym's name.

Memberships

Selling is the fast path — three choices and an invoice exists. The fiddly parts, like which date a renewal should start on, are decided for you.

  • New, renew or upgrade. A renewal starts the day the old plan ends, not the day it was sold. An upgrade takes effect immediately.
  • Any plan shape. Monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, annual — with your own tiers and prices.
  • Add-on services. Personal training, locker, diet consultation — sold with a plan or on their own.
  • Automatic expiry. Overdue memberships lapse on their own, so your active count is the truth.

Billing

Real tax invoices, numbered the way Indian accounting expects. This is the part that turns "we run a gym" into "we run a business".

  • Financial-year numbering. INV/26-27/0184 — sequential, gapless, resetting each April. Your own prefix per branch.
  • GST when you need it. GSTIN on the invoice and tax split per line. Not registered? Switch it off and the invoice stays clean.
  • Discounts that show. Festive offers and referral discounts appear as their own line, so margins stay visible.
  • Void, never delete. A cancelled invoice is voided with a reason and keeps its number. The trail stays intact.

Payments

However the money arrives, it lands against the right invoice and the balance updates immediately.

Cash

Still how most Indian gyms collect. Recorded against the staff member who took it.

UPI

Log the reference number so a disputed payment can be traced in seconds.

Card & bank

Swipe machine or bank transfer — recorded the same way, reported the same way.

Refunds

Reversed with a reason and a trail. The original payment is never erased.

Partial payments, done properly

A member pays ₹5,000 towards a ₹24,000 annual plan today and the rest next month. The invoice carries a running balance, each receipt shows what was actually paid, and the outstanding report never has to be reconciled by hand.

Reports

Six reports, each answering one question an owner actually asks — in lakhs and crores, not millions.

Dashboard

Collected today, outstanding, active members and renewals due — the morning glance.

Collections

What came in, over any date range, split by cash, UPI, card and bank.

Outstanding

Who owes what, aged by how overdue it is. The list you work down on a slow afternoon.

Memberships

New, renewed, upgraded and lapsed — so you can see retention rather than infer it.

Sales by plan

Which tiers actually earn. Usually not the ones you expect.

Mobile home

A compact view for checking yesterday's collection before you get out of bed.

Multi-gym & staff

Every branch is properly separate. Not a filter on a shared list — genuinely isolated data, so one branch can never see or touch another's records.

  • Own everything, per branch. Members, plans, invoice numbering, grace periods and settings.
  • Three staff roles. Owner, manager and receptionist — a receptionist can collect a payment but not void an invoice.
  • One login, all branches. Switch between gyms without logging out and back in.
  • Audit trail. Who discounted that invoice, who took that cash, and when.
