Before you decide
No. If your front desk can use WhatsApp, they can use this. Selling a membership is three taps, and collecting a payment is two. We also walk your team through it on a setup call before you go live.
Yes. Send us whatever you have — an Excel sheet, a register photo, an export from your old software — and we import members, their plans and their pending dues for you. It is part of onboarding, not a paid extra.
Never. You pay a flat monthly fee for the software and keep 100% of what you collect. Cash collection has no charge at all. If you later switch on online payments, the payment gateway charges its own fee directly — we do not add to it.
Yes — and properly. A member can pay ₹5,000 of a ₹24,000 annual plan today and the rest next month. The invoice tracks the running balance, the receipt shows what was paid, and the outstanding report always reflects the real number.
Yes. Add your GSTIN and every invoice carries it, with tax shown per line item and sequential financial-year numbering (INV/26-27/0184) that your accountant expects. If you are not GST registered, turn it off and the invoices stay clean.
Each branch keeps its own members, plans, invoice numbering and staff — nothing leaks between them. You switch branches from one login, and the Chain plan adds a consolidated view across all of them.
Your data is yours. Every gym's records are isolated from every other gym's, backups run daily, and you can export members, invoices and payments to Excel whenever you want — including on the day you decide to leave.
